The “Dmitriev Package”: The $12 Trillion Betrayal

On this February 7, 2026, history is no longer being written on the battlefield, but in the secret ledgers of a cynical geopolitics. While air raid sirens tear through the skies of Kyiv, a guilty silence stifles Washington. Volodymyr Zelensky, cornered but dignified, has just shattered the last illusion of Western solidarity. It is no longer about military strategy or defending freedom, but about a $12 trillion pie-cutting deal christened the “Dmitriev Package.” This is not a peace plan; it is the judicial liquidation of a sovereign nation, orchestrated in the shadows by the very people who swore to protect it. The betrayal is no longer a hypothesis: it is now quantified, signed, and ready for execution.

The Russo-American “Peace”: Grand Bargain and the Vassalization of Europe

The Russo-American “peace” is not a treaty of reconciliation, but the cynical manifesto of a grand bargain sealed at Europe’s expense. It is a bilateral diktat, designed to impose strategic vassalization on NATO and the EU. Massive territorial concessions, total amnesty for war crimes, and military neutralization of Kyiv: the document is an institutionalized capitulation. But what if this geopolitical seismic event were merely a smoke screen for a much more personal emergency in Washington?

Operation Spider Web: Strategic Analysis

Operation Pavutina, carried out on June 1, 2025, by Ukrainian intel-ligence services, primarily the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), marked a turning point in the Russo-Ukrainian conflict. It illus-trated Ukraine’s growing capacity to conduct complex asymmetric warfare operations and strike deep into Russian territory.
This operation inflicted both considerable material and psycho-logical damage on Russia, calling into question its air defense posture and strategic depth. Key successes of the operation include the successful targeting of multi-ple strategic Russian airbases, the destruction or damage of a substantial number of high-value Russian aircraft, and the innova-tive use of FPV (First-Person View) drones launched from within Russian territory. Strategically, the operation temporarily diminished Russia’s long-range strike capa-bilities and significantly boosted Ukrainian morale,

Russia’s Plan for the United States

“The interests of Russian oligarchs converge with those of Big Tech magnates. Putin and the major oligarchs, both Russian and American, believe themselves to be above the law. Putin’s con-tempt for the law goes so far that he calls into question the very notion of the state, precisely because a state is based on a legal framework and has borders, which he dislikes. Trumpism aims to replace the state with a Putin-style ‘vertical power structure’, in which officials are chosen for their loyalty rather than their compe-tence. The dismantling of the state is accompanied by deregulation, which benefits the big oligarchs who aspire to become masters of financial flows. This is why Kremlin strategists understood very early on what services Western libertarians could provide them,‘ writes Françoise Thom in Le Monde, adding: ’Douguin’s ideas have permeated Putin’s regime and inspired the policy of destroying the United States that has been implemented for the past 20 years. The aim is to inflict on the US the same blows that it allegedly dealt to the USSR under Gorbachev, depriving it of its allies, unilaterally disarming it, ruining its economy

Washington Has Become Nero’s Court…

Washington became the court of Nero, an incendiary emperor, submissive courtiers and a keta-mine-fuelled jester in charge of purging the civil service… Never in history has a President of the United States capitulated to the enemy. Never has one supported an aggressor against an ally. Never has anyone trampled on the US Constitution, issued so many illegal decrees, dismissed judges who could prevent him from doing so, suddenly sacked the military high command, weakened all the checks and balances and taken control of the social networks. This is not an illiberal drift, it is the beginning of the confiscation of democracy… We were at war against a dictator, we are now fighting against a dictator suppor-ted by a traitor… Senator Claude Malhuret’s speech went viral in Europe and across the Atlantic, broadcast by CNN, Sky News and also Fox News. A video shared on social networks, on X, translated into several languages and viewed by 500,000 people on YouTube. The French senator modestly replied: ‘I think Americans would like to hear the same thing from their elected representatives.’

How Russian Special Information Operations Try to Undermine Mobilisation in Ukraine

EUvsDiSiNFO opens its columns to the Ukrainian Centre for Strategic Communication and In-formation Security. The purpose of the CSCIS is to strengthen national resilience and combat information and disinformation threats in collaboration with public institutions, civil society organisations and international partners. The Kremlin’s informa-tion manipulation operations with disinformation targeting mobilisation with disinformation to undermine public trust in Ukrainian authorities. Manipu-lative antimobilisation messages spread on TikTok and Telegram often include a kernel of truth to give more credence to the Kremlin’s lies. Since the begin-ning of Russian hybrid aggres-sion against Ukraine in 2014, Russian state security services have targeted Ukrainian mobili-sation. Moscow has launched disinformation operations plan-ting messages in the Ukrainian information space to undermine trust in the country’s military political leadership.

De-Stalinization and de-Putinization

After so many hopes had been raised in Russian protest circles and in the West with candidate Boris Nadezhdin, despite his program which raised many questions, the hammer fell: the Russian Electoral Commission did not validate his candidacy on the pretext of a few thousand invalid signatures. But the emergence of a candidate, even if he has been rejected, who advocates an end to the war and a new rapprochement with Europe, is symptomatic. Historian Françoise Thom sees a sign of the end of Putin’s rule and a post-Putin era… Stalin starved Ukraine in 1933 while obliterating the Ukrainian intelligentsia; after the war, he waged a merciless war on Ukrainian resistance fighters, most of whom came from annexed areas.
